INTRODUCTION
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the main cause of cervical cancer, affecting nearly 500,000 women around the world every year and killing more than 270,000. The disease usually progresses very slowly and until there are signs that often cause serious consequences for the health of women, so early detection and screening of this virus is extremely urgent.
TopSENSI ® HPV PCR-RDB Genotype Kit is a testing kit designed to determine HPV genotypes using a combination of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and Reverse Dot Blot (RDB) methods. The kit enables accurate detection of the presence of 35 HPV (Human papillomavirus) genotypes in humans, including 14 high-risk strains, 8 probable high-risk strains, and 13 low-risk strains.

The kit is capable of identifying 35 HPV genotypes, including:
