INTRODUCTION
TopPURE ® FLUID VIRAL DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT is based on silica column technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, which allows simultaneous collection of high-quality DNA/RNA. The kit uses a CL lysis buffer to allow efficient lysis of a variety of starting materials, nucleic acids are then purified through two times washes to remove impurities. The results of purified shrimp are ready to use for downstream applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR, SNP, Southern Blot, etc.
