Giới thiệu TopSPEC® Rotavirus A/B/C RT-qPCR KIT
Rotavirus groups A, B and C are associated with enteritis, leading to diarrhea in piglets and weaned pigs, with group A being the most prevalent. These viruses are easily transmitted through direct contact. Infected pigs typically exhibit symptoms such as watery diarrhea, anorexia, emaciation, and lethargy. Co-infection with E. coli can exacerbate the condition, resulting in severe illness and potentially death. Rotaviruses are ubiquitous in swine farming environments, and without effective control measures, they can spread rapidly and cause outbreaks.
TopSPEC® Rotavirus A/B/C RT-qPCR KIT is a diagnostic assay designed for the detection of Rotavirus groups A, B, and C (RTVA, RTVB, RTVC) – targeting the VP6 gene in pigs and cattle using One-step RT-qPCR. It enables rapid identification of viral agents through a streamlined protocol, offering high sensitivity and specificity.
