Shrimp necrosis under the shell and hematopoietic organs caused by the Infectious Hypodermal & Hematopoietic Necrosis virus. This virus, after infection, will destroy glandular cells, lymphatic system, and nerve cells, and in particular, it can spread both vertically and horizontally. Shrimp often die 10-20 days after stocking. When adverse environmental factors combine with pathogens, they will cause much greater damage.
