Helicobacter pylori is a common causative agent of gastric ulcers, gastric adenocarcinoma, and low-grade gastric lymphoma. This bacterium does not cause significant symptoms in the early stages, so early diagnosis and detection will greatly support the treatment.
TopSENSI® Helicobacter pylori qPCR Kit is designed for efficient qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori in gastric biopsy and stool samples. The kit employs multiplex real-time PCR to amplify specific sequences of H. pylori, offering several advantages such as high specificity and sensitivity, along with internal and external controls to monitor the extraction and PCR processes. This product is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.
