INTRODUCTION TopPURE® Serum Viral RNA Extraction Kit

TopPURE® Serum Viral RNA Extraction Kit is manufactured based on silica column membrane technology according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, allowing high quality RNA to be obtained. This kit is designed for viral RNA extraction from serum, plasma, suspension, surface swabs, fluid smear (medical), negative-gram cultured cells and bacteria.

Figure 2. The 10% suspension sample (shrimp) was confirmed positive for MrNV, then diluted 10-fold with PBS Buffer. RNA was extracted using a HI-212 silica column extraction kit. Each dilution concentration was repeated 3 times.
