INTRODUCTION TO TopPURE® SERUM VIRAL DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-004)

TopPURE® SERUM VIRAL DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of DNA/RNA from a variety of input sample matrices, including serum, plasma, suspension samples, surface swabs, medical swab samples, and Gram-negative bacterial cells.

The kit is designed and manufactured by ABT according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, allowing for the extraction of high-quality DNA/RNA using silica column extraction technology. The nucleic acids obtained after extraction can be used for numerous downstream applications such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis.

^(*) Add ethanol to WB1 Buffer and WB2 Buffer before first use, following the instructions on the bottle label.

^(**) Proteinase K is reconstituted with Dissolve Buffer before use, following the instructions on the tube label. After reconstitution, the tube should be stored at 2-8°C.

^(***)Reconstitute the RNA carrier with DEPC-treated water following the instructions on the tube label. Store the reconstituted tube at -20°C.
