INTRODUCING TopPURE® Maga SERUM DNA EXTRACTION KIT

The TopPURE® Maga Serum DNA Extraction Kit is manufactured based on automated magnetic bead-based extraction technology, meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards. This kit provides an optimized solution in terms of time, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency for DNA extraction from diverse input sample types, such as serum, plasma, suspension, surface swabs, medical smears, and gram-negative bacterial cells.

DATA EXPERIMENT

Figure 1The signal plot illustrates the Real-time PCR results obtained from a serum sample containing 10³ copies/mL of HBV. The sample was extracted three times per day using the HI-002 kit on the Bioer NPA-32 system.
