COMPONENTS

DATA EXPERIMENT

The Realtime PCR results (A) and standard curve (B) of the RdRp gene of Sars-CoV-2 patient samples. The sample was diluted 10 times with PBS buffer. Then, the sample was isolated by the TopPURE® Maga Genomic DNA/RNA Extraction Kit on the GenPure Pro (Bioer) system. The experiment was repeated three times.
