INTRODUCTION
White spot disease and early mortality syndrome are two common diseases that cause great losses in aquaculture, especially shrimp. White spot disease is caused bywhite spot syndrome virus (WSSV). The disease has a high rate of spread and mortality rate (80%). Meanwhile, Early Mortality Syndrome – EMS is caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteria. The disease has a high mortality rate, causing death of shrimp after 30-35 days after stocking. Therefore, early detection of pathogens present during the farming and care process is essential to limit damage caused by the disease.
