About TopSPEC® P35S-nptII qPCR Kit
P35S-nptII is a transcriptional regulatory element used for the expression of transgenes. Therefore, transgenic plants contain the presence of P35S-NPTII. The detection of P35S-NPTII enables effective screening of suspected GMO food products.
