About TopSPEC® Cry1Ab/Ac gene qPCR Kit
Recombinant gene cry1Ab/Ac originated from Bacillus thuringiensis. The synthetic Cry1Ab/Ac gene is codon-optimized and truncated (1,824 bp), encoding an insecticidal protein (608 amino acids) derived from Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1A. The protein provides resistance against diseases and insect pests such as Lepidoptera (moths and butterflies), cotton bollworms (Helicoverpa spp.)
