About TopSPEC® CaMV 35S Promoter qPCR Kit
CaMV 35S Promoter is a 35S promoter derived from the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus (CaMV). This promoter is widely used for screening genetically modified materials in plants and food products. CaMV 35s promoter responsible for regulating gene expression in the structure of genetically modified materials. After the gene transfer process, CaMV 35s promoter will be retained and remain in the genome of the genetically modified plant. Therefore, detecting this sequence will demonstrate the presence of genetic modification in the tested plant.
