INTRODUCTION TopPURE® STOOL DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-006)

TopPURE® Stool DNA Extraction Kit is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of DNA from fresh or frozen stool samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables the recovery of total high-quality DNA using silica column extraction technology.

Additionally, the kit effectively removes PCR inhibitors commonly found in stool samples, such as humic acid. The extracted nucleic acid is ready for various downstream applications, including PCR, Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. The kit has also been improved with storage at room temperature and an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing cost efficiency and convenience for users.

^(**) Proteinase K is reconstituted with Dissolve Buffer before use, following the instructions on the tube label. After reconstitution, the tube should be stored at 2-8°C.
