TopPURE® SERUM VIRAL DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of DNA/RNA from a variety of input sample matrices, including serum, plasma, suspension samples, surface swabs, medical swab samples, and Gram-negative bacterial cells.
"The kit is designed and manufactured by ABT in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, enabling the extraction of high-quality DNA/RNA using silica column-based purification technology. The isolated nucleic acids are suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. The kit has been optimized for ambient temperature storage with a shelf life of up to 24 months, offering cost-effectiveness and operational convenience. Additionally, the kit is ethanol-free, making it suitable for transportation under regulations that restrict flammable substances, such as air freight.

(*) Add ethanol to WB1 Buffer and WB2 Buffer before first use, following the instructions on the bottle label. The product does not include ethanol.
(**) Proteinase K is reconstituted with Dissolve Buffer before use, following the instructions on the tube label. After reconstitution, the tube should be stored at 2-8°C.
(***)Reconstitute the RNA carrier with DEPC-treated water following the instructions on the tube label. Store the reconstituted tube at -20°C.
