INTRODUCTION TopPURE® PLASMID DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HK-011)
TopPURE® PLASMID DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of plasmid DNA from bacterial samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables the recovery of high-quality DNA using silica column extraction technology.
The kit offers an optimal solution for plasmid DNA extraction from bacteria, employing an efficient lysis buffer system consisting of P1, L2, and N3, along with a simple, safe, and rapid protocol. The purified DNA obtained is immediately ready for use in various downstream applications such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. The kit has been improved to feature an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing cost savings and enhanced convenience during use. Additionally, the kit is ethanol-free, making it suitable for transportation under regulations that restrict flammable substances, such as air freight.
