TopPURE® PLASMID DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of plasmid DNA from bacterial samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables the recovery of high-quality DNA using silica column extraction technology.

The kit provides an optimal solution for plasmid DNA extraction from bacteria, utilizing an efficient lysis buffer system comprising P1, L2, and N3, along with a simple, safe, and rapid protocol. The purified DNA obtained after extraction is ready for use in various downstream applications such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. The kit has been improved to offer a shelf life of up to 24 months, contributing to cost-effectiveness and convenience during use.

• Extraction sample type: Bacterial cultures should be incubated for 12 to 16 hours in an appropriate nutrient medium to ensure an OD600 value of ≤ 1.8
