TopPURE® PCR/GEL DNA PURIFICATION KIT is manufactured using silica column technology in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, ensuring the recovery of high-quality DNA. The kit features a streamlined, rapid, and safe protocol. The purified DNA obtained is immediately suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis.
