TopPURE® MAGA SERUM RNA EXTRACTION KIT (HI-003)

INTRODUCTION

The TopPURE® Maga Serum RNA Extraction Kit is manufactured based on automated magnetic bead-based extraction technology, meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards. This kit provides an optimized solution in terms of time, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency for RNA extraction from diverse input sample types, such as serum, plasma, suspension, surface swabs, medical smears, and gram-negative bacterial cells.

• Collection volume: 50 µL RNA
• Extraction time: 23 – 32 minutes for 1 – 32 samples
• Storage condition: Room temperature (Except for Proteinase K, Magbead and RNA Carrier at 2 - 8°C)
• Expiration date: 12 months from the date of manufacture
