TopPURE® MAGA GENOMIC DNA/RNA EXTRACTION KIT CE (HI-612.B)

INTRODUCTION

TopPURE® Maga Genomic DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is based on automatic magnetic beads extraction technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. The HI-612.B kit includes 96 tests with pre-divided chemicals on individual deep-well plates to optimize workflow efficiency. The kit helps save time, labor and cost, delivering high-purity nucleic acids ready for direct use in downstream applications such as PCR, RT-PCR, SNP analysis, and blotting.

COMPONENTS

DATA EXPERIMENT

The Realtime PCR results (A) and standard curve (B) of the RdRp gene of Sars-CoV-2 patient samples. The sample was diluted 10 times with PBS buffer. Then, the sample was isolated by the TopPURE® Maga Genomic DNA/RNA Extraction Kit on the GenPure Pro (Bioer) system. The experiment was repeated three times.
