INTRODUCTION 

TopPURE® Maga Genomic . is developed based on automated magnetic bead extraction technology, providing an optimal solution in terms of time, cost, and efficiency for DNA/RNA extraction. The kit’s reagents are in undivided form, allowing users greater flexibility, minimizing reagent waste, and reducing consumable usage when handling a small number of samples. By incorporating Proteinase K, the extraction process enables rapid and efficient sample lysis from a wide range of input materials. The entire workflow is fully automated within 23–30 minutes for up to 96 samples, compatible with various extraction platforms available on the market, and applicable for a wide range of targets including Sars-CoV-2, HPV, NGN/CHT, GBS, Salmonella, Listeria..

DATA EXPERIMENT

Figure 1: The results of comparing the purity of 3 different kit for DNA viruses (A-ASFV) and RNA (B-avian influenza) were obtained.The 10% suspension samples then diluted 10 times with PBS Buffer. The results confirm that the quality of ABT kit is equivalent to the foreign supplies.
