With an optimized buffer system including CF Buffer, BF Buffer, RW1 Buffer, RW2 Buffer, and EB Buffer, the kit provides an efficient solution, enabling the extraction, purification, and recovery of circulating free DNA (cfDNA) from human plasma and serum samples.
