INTRODUCTION TO TopPURE® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HK-001)
TopPURE® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT, is designed for high-purity DNA extraction from a wide range of input samples, including animal tissue, bacteria, cell cultures, suspensions, surface swabs, medical swabs, viruses from tissue samples, and easily ground biopsy samples.
The kit, developed and manufactured by ABT under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, ensures high-quality DNA extraction using silica column technology. The extracted nucleic acids are suitable for various downstream applications, including real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit is optimized for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing cost efficiency and convenience. Moreover, it does not contain ethanol, making it suitable for transportation with restrictions on flammable substances, such as air freight.
