INTRODUCTION TO TopPURE® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-001)
TopPURE® GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT, is designed for high-purity DNA extraction from a wide range of input samples, including animal tissue, bacteria, cell cultures, suspensions, surface swabs, medical swabs, viruses from tissue samples, and easily ground biopsy samples.
Manufactured by ABT under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit ensures high-quality DNA recovery using silica column technology. The extracted nucleic acids are suitable for various downstream applications, such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been optimized for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, enhancing cost efficiency and convenience for laboratory use.
