TopPURE® FOOD DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for DNA extraction and recovery from a wide variety of input samples, including raw food materials, processed foods, animal feed, and seeds. Manufactured by ABT under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit ensures high-quality DNA extraction using silica column technology.

The kit offers an optimized DNA extraction solution for food samples, utilizing an efficient buffer system including FBL, PRB, and WB2 to enable a simple, safe, and rapid process. The purified DNA is ready for use in various downstream applications such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been enhanced for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, ensuring cost efficiency and convenience. Moreover, the kit does not contain ethanol, making it suitable for transportation with restrictions on flammable substances, such as air freight.
