TopPURE® FLUID VIRAL EXTRACTION KIT is designed for simultaneous extraction and high-purity recovery of DNA/RNA from a diverse range of input samples, including cell cultures, bacteria, suspensions, surface swabs, and medical swab samples.
The kit, designed and manufactured by ABT under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, ensures high-quality DNA extraction using silica column technology. It employs CL lysis buffer, which effectively breaks down diverse input samples, followed by two purification washes to remove external contaminants. The extracted nucleic acids are suitable for downstream applications such as real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been optimized for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing cost efficiency and convenience. Moreover, the kit does not contain ethanol, making it suitable for transportation with restrictions on flammable substances, such as air freight.

(*) Add ethanol to WB1 Buffer and WB2 Buffer before first use, following the instructions on the bottle label. The product does not include ethanol.
(**) Proteinase K is reconstituted with Dissolve Buffer before use, following the instructions on the tube label. After reconstitution, the tube should be stored at 2-8°C.
