INTRODUCTION TO TopPURE® FFPE DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-005)
FFPE refers to formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, commonly used in cancer biopsy samples to preserve tissue structure for long-term storage. This method provides a valuable resource for retrospective cancer research, histopathology, and molecular genetics. Extracting DNA from FFPE tissues is a crucial initial step in accurately detecting genetic mutations, quantifying oncogene expression levels, and performing analyses such as gene sequencing and real-time PCR.
TopPURE® FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is developed using silica column technology, meeting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, ensuring high-quality DNA recovery from FFPE tissue samples. The kit is designed for room temperature storage and offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, enhancing cost efficiency and convenience for users.
