Introduction
TopPURE® Stool DNA Extraction Kit (HI-192) is manufactured utilizing silica column technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards. This kit enables the extraction of total DNA from fresh or frozen stool samples, effectively eliminating PCR inhibitors present in the stool samples. The resulting purified nucleic acids can be utilized in applications such as PCR, quantitative PCR (qPCR), DNA sequencing, and microarray analysis.
