Viral transport medium (Inactivated) MT-002 is utilized for the transport and preservation of clinical specimens. The medium contains viral inactivating agents that disrupt the viral envelope, ensuring that all viruses present are rendered inactive. Although viral particles are inactivated, the formulation includes stabilizing components that maintain the integrity of nucleic acids, thereby preserving the reliability of diagnostic test results.

• N-Lauroyl sarcosine sodium salt

• Phenol Red
