Tris-HCl Buffer 10mM with 50mM NaCl, pH 8.0 is used as a buffer for DNA/RNA solubilization, enzyme and protein preparation in molecular biology reactions, and as a storage buffer for plasmids, reference standards, oligonucleotides, and related biomolecules.

The solution is homogeneous, transparent, and sterile.
