PCR cabinet is a specialized apparatus used in the processes of handling, analyzing DNA/RNA, and gene amplification for replication. This cabinet is particularly crucial in preventing contamination from environmental agents during the reaction.
Applications: Handling DNA/RNA operations such as preparing qPCR mix, sample loading, electrophoresis, and RDB hybridization.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
– Check the cabinet's power source.
– Use a lint-free cloth soaked in 70o alcohol to clean the working surface of the cabinet.
– Turn on the lighting.
– Proceed with the following steps.
Setting the UV light timer:
Step 1: Power on (POWER).
Step 2: Set the timer using the timer function. Press the increase/decrease button (+/-) to set the value and unit required for the timer. The units can be: M (minutes) or H (hours). The maximum setting is 99 hours 99 minutes, and the minimum is 1 second.
Step 3: Turn on the UV light switch.
NOTE:
● Do not turn on the UV light during microbiological operations.
● After completing the operation, use a lint-free cloth soaked in 70% alcohol to wipe the surface.
● The cabinet must be sterilized with UV light for at least 10 minutes with the door closed before conducting experiments.
● For safe operation, please check the equipment inside the cabinet. After completing the experiment, close the door and ensure cabinet sterilization with UV light for 10 minutes before turning it off.
