INTRODUCTION TopPURE® PLANT RNA EXTRACTION KIT (HK-010)

TopPURE® PLANT RNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of RNA from various input sample matrices, including plant tissues (leaves, roots, etc.) and fungal samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables high-quality RNA recovery using silica column extraction technology.

The lysis buffer system and extraction protocol of the kit are optimized to ensure high recovery efficiency and superior RNA purity. The extracted RNA is ready for various downstream applications, including RT-PCR, Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been improved with storage at room temperature and an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing cost savings and convenience for users. Moreover, it is ethanol-free, making it suitable for transportation under regulations that restrict the shipment of flammable substances, such as air transport.
