TopPURE® PLANT RNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of RNA from various input sample matrices, including plant tissues (leaves, roots, etc.) and fungal samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables high-quality RNA recovery using silica column extraction technology.

The lysis buffer system and extraction protocol are optimized to ensure high recovery efficiency and superior RNA purity. The purified RNA obtained is ready for various downstream applications, including RT-PCR, Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis. Additionally, the kit has been improved with storage at room temperature and an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, offering cost savings and greater convenience for users.
