INTRODUCTION TopPURE® PLANT DNA EXTRACTION KIT (HE-009)

TopPURE® PLANT DNA EXTRACTION KIT is designed for the high-purity extraction and collection of DNA from various input sample matrices, including plant tissues (leaves, roots, etc.), food samples, and fungal samples. Developed and manufactured by ABT in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, this kit enables high-quality DNA recovery using silica column extraction technology.

With an efficient lysis buffer system—including PSL1, PSL2, and PBB—combined with a simple, safe, and rapid protocol, the kit provides an optimal extraction solution for users. The purified DNA obtained is ready for various downstream applications, including Real-time PCR, sequencing, Southern blotting, and SNP analysis.

• Elution volume: 50 µL DNA
• Extraction time: 45 minutes for 6 samples
• Purity: A260/A280 ~ 1.7-2.2
• Storage conditions: Store at 15–35°C. Rnase A should be stored at –20 ^oC
• Expiration date: 24 months from the manufacturing date
