Be careful not to let air bubbles appear. If air bubbles appear, carefully push them to the sides with the tip of a pipette.<\/li>\n<li>Place the newly poured gel at a temperature of 4 \u030aC for about 10-15 minutes (in case of urgent need) or leave it at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, until the gel is completely solidified.<\/li>\n<li>When the gel cools, place the gel mold in the electrophoresis chamber, remove the comb and add 1X TAE buffer to the gel tray so that the buffer is 2 mm above the top of the gel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Load samples proportionally: Load samples proportionally: 5\u03bcL PCR product + 1\u03bcL 6X <a href=\"https:\/\/abtvn.com\/en\/product\/6x-gelred-loading-buffer\/\" class=\"connectButton\" target=\"_self\">GelRed Loading Buffer<\/a> into each well.
