Allow the gel to solidify completely.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully remove the comb after gel solidification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>- Load samples at a ratio of 5 \u03bcL PCR product + 1 \u03bcL <a href=\"https:\/\/abtvn.com\/en\/product\/6x-gelred-loading-buffer\/\">6X GelRed Loading Buffer<\/a> per well.<\/p>\n<p>- Use the DNA ladder at a ratio of 5 \u03bcL DNA ladder and 1 \u03bcL 6X GelRed Loading Buffer.<\/p>\n<p>- Electrophoresis at 100V for 40 minutes or until the yellow indicator line reaches the end of the gel.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store reagents at recommended temperatures.<\/li>\n<li>Do not use expired reagents.<\/li>\n<li>Use distilled water to dilute 50X TAE buffer to 1X before use<\/li>\n<li>For optimal results, 1X TAE buffer can be reused up to 5 times if prepared with distilled water.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the gel is fully solidified before starting electrophoresis<\/li>\n<li>Thaw and mix the 100 bp DNA ladder and 6X GelRed Loading Buffer thoroughly before use.<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate voltage and duration for each electrophoresis
