Take care to avoid the formation of air bubbles; if bubbles appear, gently displace them to the sides using a pipette tip.<\/li>\n<li>Place the newly poured gel at a temperature of 4\u00b0C for about 10-15 minutes (in case of urgent need) or leave it at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, until the gel is completely solidified.<\/li>\n<li>Once cooled, place the gel tray into the electrophoresis chamber. Remove the comb and add 1X TAE (or 1X TBE) buffer to the gel tank until the buffer level is about 2\u202fmm above the gel surface.<\/li>\n<li>Load samples at a ratio of 5\u202f\u03bcL PCR product to 1\u202f\u03bcL <strong>6x Gelred Loading buffer<\/strong> per well. For the DNA ladder, use 5\u202f\u03bcL of ladder mixed with 1\u202f\u03bcL of 6X GelRed Loading Buffer.<\/li>\n<li>Perform electrophoresis at a voltage of 85\u202fV for 30 minutes, or until the yellow tracking dye reaches the end of the gel. The running time and voltage may be adjusted as needed based on experimental requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Caution<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use appropriate voltage and duration for each electrophoresis chamber.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure correct electrode placement during electrophoresis.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly clean and UV-sterilize the electrophoresis room.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid
