For heavily blood-contaminated samples (brown-red precipitate present), increase the reagent volume to a ratio of 4:10 to enhance processing efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3: Vortex thoroughly and incubate for approximately 15 minutes at 15\u201330\u202f\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Step 4: Process and smear cells onto glass slides according to the protocol of the corresponding kit and
