When combined with DNA ligase, <em>Bsa<\/em>I enables simultaneous cleavage and ligation reactions in a single tube (one\u2011step reaction). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">During the reaction, the selective cleavage and continuous ligation mechanism within the thermal cycling program ensures that incorrectly ligated products are removed. This increases accuracy and reduces multimerization between DNA fragments.
