Simply shake the stain well and pour it into the container with the appropriate volume for use. Store in a tightly closed dark bottle after use.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sample preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liquid-based Pap Test:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>- The cervical fluid sample will be collected and processed following the procedure outlined in the <a href=\"https:\/\/abtvn.com\/en\/product\/abt-cell-preservative-solution-dd-104\/\"><strong>ABT \u00ae Cell Preservative Solution\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(DD-104)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>- The liquid-based sample is transferred onto a microscope slide using an automated slide preparation machine and the corresponding filter cup.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Traditional Pap Test:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After collection, cervical smear samples are directly smeared onto glass slides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Papanicolaou Staining (PAP) Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- Step 1: Fix the sample with 96% Ethanol in box 1      for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 2: Dip the slide five times into the rinsing water in box 2 after fixation.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 3: Stain the nuclei with <strong>ABT\u00ae Hematoxylin Stain Solution (DD-095) <\/strong>in box 3 for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 4: Dip the slide five times into the rinsing water in box 2 after nuclear staining.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 5: Successively dip the slide into 96% Ethanol in box 4 and 5. Repeat this process five times for each box.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 6: Stain the cytoplasm with <strong>ABT\u00ae OG Stain Solution<\/strong> <strong>(DD-096) <\/strong>in box 6 for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 7: Successively dip the slide into 96% Ethanol in box  7 and 8. Repeat this process five times for each box.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 8: Stain the cytoplasm with <strong>ABT\u00ae EA Stain Solution<\/strong> <strong>(DD-094) <\/strong>in box 9 for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 9: Successively dip the slide into 96% Ethanol in box 10, 11, and 12. Repeat this process five times for each box.<\/p>\n<p>- Step 10: Allow the slide to dry, apply mineral oil, and observe directly under the microscope.<\/p>\n<p>Read more:<\/p>\n<p><a
