Manual Processing Procedure:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Manually smear cervical smear samples using the Falcon Centrifuge according to the following procedure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1: Vortex the ABT\u00ae Cell Preservative Solution vial containing the cervical smear sample for about 15 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Step 2: Prepare and record the patient's information on a plastic pipette and a 15 mL Falcon tube.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3: Add 7 mL of the thoroughly mixed sample solution from Step 1 into the 15 mL Falcon tube.<\/li>\n<li>Step 4: Use a plastic pipette to draw 3 mL of ABT\u00ae Density Solution, insert the pipette straight to the bottom, and slowly release to allow the ABT\u00ae Density Solution to sink to the bottom and push the mixed sample solution up so that the two solutions form two separate layers.<\/li>\n<li>Step 5: Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes to separate the components in the smear sample.<\/li>\n<li>Step 6: Use a plastic pipette to remove approximately 6-7 mL of the supernatant. Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes to collect the biomass.<\/li>\n<li>Step 7: Use a plastic pipette to remove approximately 1-2 mL of the supernatant. Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 minutes to completely pellet the biomass at the bottom of the falcon tube.<\/li>\n<li>Step 8: Completely remove the supernatant and collect the cell pellet to smear onto a glass slide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>2. Automatic Processing Procedure:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Automatically smear cervical smear samples using the Cell Smear Centrifuge Machine (LTS-YJ1000) according to the following procedure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1: Vortex the ABT\u00ae Cell Preservative Solution vial containing the cervical smear sample for about 15 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Step 2: Prepare and record the patient's information on the frosted end of the glass slide of the centrifuge chamber.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3: Draw 2 mL of ABT\u00ae Density Solution and apply it to the surface of the settling chamber.<\/li>\n<li>Step 4: Draw 7 mL of the thoroughly mixed sample solution from Step 1 and slowly add it onto the surface of the ABT\u00ae Density Solution so that the two solutions form two separate layers.<\/li>\n<li>Step 5: Centrifuge at 1300 rpm for 2 minutes to smear the cells onto the glass slide.<\/li>\n<li>Step 6: Remove the supernatant and collect the glass
