B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y s\u1ebd ph\u00e2n t\u00edch kh\u00e1i ni\u1ec7m STDs, gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch v\u00ec sao HPV type 16, 18 thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m nguy c\u01a1 cao v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0a ra m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c lo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb UTCTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:32px\"><strong>1. STDs l\u00e0 g\u00ec?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Theo Trung t\u00e2m Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t v\u00e0 Ph\u00f2ng ng\u1eeba D\u1ecbch b\u1ec7nh Hoa K\u1ef3 (CDC, 2024), thu\u1eadt ng\u1eef \u201cb\u1ec7nh l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c\u201d STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ec9 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn tri\u1ec3n th\u00e0nh b\u1ec7nh v\u00e0 c\u00f3 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"921\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/abtvn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-19.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14105\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abtvn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-19.png 921w, https:\/\/abtvn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-19-300x103.png 300w, https:\/\/abtvn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-19-768x263.png 768w, https:\/\/abtvn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/image-19-18x6.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 921px) 100vw, 921px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thu\u1eadt ng\u1eef n\u00e0y b\u1eaft ngu\u1ed3n t\u1eeb \u201cnhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c\u201d STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections), t\u1ee9c l\u00e0 s\u1ef1 x\u00e2m nh\u1eadp c\u1ee7a virus, vi khu\u1ea9n, n\u1ea5m ho\u1eb7c k\u00fd sinh tr\u00f9ng v\u00e0o c\u01a1 th\u1ec3 th\u00f4ng qua quan h\u1ec7 t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c. Khi nhi\u1ec5m tr\u00f9ng g\u00e2y bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng, t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u1ecdi l\u00e0 STDs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hi\u1ec7n nay, c\u00f3 r\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ec7nh l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n. Trong \u0111\u00f3 ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vi\u00eam \u00e2m \u0111\u1ea1o do vi khu\u1ea9n (BV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u1ec7nh Chlamydia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herpes sinh d\u1ee5c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u1ec7nh l\u1eadu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mycoplasma genitalium (Mgen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u1ec7nh vi\u00eam v\u00f9ng ch\u1eadu (PID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u1ec7nh giang mai<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u1ec7nh Trichomonas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virus u nh\u00fa \u1edf ng\u01b0\u1eddi (HPV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ec7nh l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n \u1edf giai \u0111o\u1ea1n ti\u1ebfn tri\u1ec3n n\u1eb7ng l\u00e0m t\u0103ng nguy c\u01a1 l\u00e2y lan trong c\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng. V\u00ec v\u1eady, x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 l\u00e0 r\u1ea5t quan tr\u1ecdng n\u1ebfu c\u00f3 quan h\u1ec7 t\u00ecnh d\u1ee5c. N\u1ebfu k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m cho th\u1ea5y d\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00ednh v\u1edbi STDs, \u0111\u1eebng qu\u00e1 lo l\u1eafng: h\u1ea7u h\u1ebft c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh n\u00e0y \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1eb1ng thu\u1ed1c, v\u00e0 m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 th\u1eadm ch\u00ed c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ch\u1eefa kh\u1ecfi ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:32px\"><strong>2. Virus u nh\u00fa \u1edf ng\u01b0\u1eddi (HPV)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trong s\u1ed1 c\u00e1c STDs th\u01b0\u1eddng g\u1eb7p, virus HPV (Human Papillomavirus) l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng t\u00e1c nh\u00e2n g\u00e2y u nh\u00fa ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn \u1edf ng\u01b0\u1eddi, v\u1edbi h\u01a1n 200 type kh\u00e1c nhau \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 type g\u00e2y m\u1ee5n c\u00f3c da ho\u1eb7c m\u1ee5n c\u00f3c sinh d\u1ee5c l\u00e0nh t\u00ednh, trong khi m\u1ed9t nh\u00f3m nh\u1ecf \u2013 \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 HPV type 16 v\u00e0 18 \u2013 c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 cao g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Theo T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c Y t\u1ebf Th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iarc.who.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/pr353_E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WHO, 2024<\/a>) c\u00f3 17 ki\u1ec3u gen HPV g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung x\u00e2m l\u1ea5n, nh\u01b0ng m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 nguy c\u01a1 kh\u00e1c nhau. C\u00e1c nh\u00e0 khoa h\u1ecdc chia HPV th\u00e0nh hai nh\u00f3m ch\u00ednh d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean nguy c\u01a1 g\u00e2y b\u1ec7nh:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px\"><strong><strong>Nh\u00f3m HPV nguy c\u01a1 th\u1ea5p (Low-risk)<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u1ed3m c\u00e1c type nh\u01b0 HPV 6, 11, 42, 43, 44&#8230; Nh\u1eefng type n\u00e0y th\u01b0\u1eddng ch\u1ec9 g\u00e2y m\u1ee5n c\u00f3c sinh d\u1ee5c ho\u1eb7c u nh\u00fa l\u00e0nh t\u00ednh, kh\u00f4ng g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0. Trong \u0111\u00f3, HPV 6 v\u00e0 11 chi\u1ebfm h\u01a1n 90% c\u00e1c ca m\u1ee5n c\u00f3c sinh d\u1ee5c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:28px\"><strong><strong><strong>Nh\u00f3m HPV nguy c\u01a1 cao (High-risk)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bao g\u1ed3m \u00edt nh\u1ea5t 14 type c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0, nh\u01b0 HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66 v\u00e0 68. Trong s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y, HPV type 16 v\u00e0 18 l\u00e0 hai ch\u1ee7ng nguy c\u01a1 cao nh\u1ea5t v\u00ec c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng x\u00e2m nh\u1eadp s\u00e2u v\u00e0o t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ng\u01b0\u1eddi v\u00e0 l\u00e0m thay \u0111\u1ed5i c\u00e1c gene ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t t\u1ebf b\u00e0o, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec1n ung th\u01b0 ho\u1eb7c ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung, h\u1eadu m\u00f4n, d\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1eadt v\u00e0 h\u1ea7u h\u1ecdng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Khi nh\u1eafc \u0111\u1ebfn nh\u00f3m HPV nguy c\u01a1 cao, HPV 16 v\u00e0 18 chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 70% c\u00e1c ca ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung tr\u00ean to\u00e0n th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi. T\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, \u0111\u00e2y c\u0169ng l\u00e0 hai ch\u1ee7ng HPV ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n l\u00e0 type nguy c\u01a1 cao g\u00e2y ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung \u1edf ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:32px\"><strong>3. Hai gene E6 v\u00e0 E7 l\u00e0 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 ch\u00ednh khi\u1ebfn HPV type 16 v\u00e0 18 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh virus nguy c\u01a1 cao, v\u00ec ch\u00fang c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m t\u1eaft c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 t\u1ef1 nhi\u00ean c\u1ee7a t\u1ebf b\u00e0o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00f9ng mu\u1ed9n (L1\u2013L2): M\u00e3 h\u00f3a cho c\u00e1c protein t\u1ea1o n\u00ean v\u1ecf capsid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00f9ng \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00f2a (LCR): Ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh b\u1eadt\/t\u1eaft c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c gene kh\u00e1c trong b\u1ed9 gen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:32px\"><strong><strong>4. Protein E6 li\u00ean k\u1ebft v\u1edbi p53 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t protein \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf kh\u1ed1i u l\u00e0m t\u0103ng ph\u00e2n gi\u1ea3i p53, gi\u1ea3m kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e2n b\u00e0o, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ef1 b\u1ea5t t\u1eed c\u1ee7a t\u1ebf b\u00e0o.
