T\u1ed5ng quan v\u1ec1 Real-time PCR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction)<\/strong> l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t c\u00f4ng c\u1ee5 m\u1ea1nh m\u1ebd trong nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u sinh h\u1ecdc, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 khu\u1ebfch \u0111\u1ea1i m\u1ed9t \u0111o\u1ea1n DNA \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u t\u1eeb m\u1ed9t m\u1eabu ban \u0111\u1ea7u c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a l\u01b0\u1ee3ng DNA r\u1ea5t nh\u1ecf do <em>Karl Mullis<\/em> v\u00e0 c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng s\u1ef1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n v\u00e0o n\u0103m 1985<em>&nbsp;(Huong, 2003)<\/em>. PCR ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean vi\u1ec7c m\u00f4 ph\u1ecfng qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh nh\u00e2n \u0111\u00f4i DNA \u1edf t\u1ebf b\u00e0o, theo \u0111\u00f3 vi\u1ec7c l\u1eb7p l\u1ea1i c\u00e1c chu k\u1ef3 nhi\u1ec7t bao g\u1ed3m c\u00e1c b\u01b0\u1edbc bi\u1ebfn t\u00ednh, b\u1eaft c\u1eb7p primer v\u00e0 k\u00e9o d\u00e0i chu\u1ed7i nucleic acid cho ph\u00e9p t\u1ea1o ra s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u1edbn c\u00e1c b\u1ea3n sao c\u1ee7a \u0111o\u1ea1n DNA \u0111\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0110\u1ebfn nay, PCR \u0111ang d\u1ea7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 \u201cti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n v\u00e0ng\u201d trong nhi\u1ec1u x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n b\u1ec7nh nh\u1edd v\u00e0o \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1ea1y v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u cao.
