INTRODUCTION
TopPURE® Maga Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is based on automatic magnetic beads extraction technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. The HI-812.B kit uses the VBL buffer to efficiently lyse from a variety of starting materials. Pre-filled chemicals help save time in the process. The results of purified DNA/RNA are ready to use for downstream applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR, SNP, Dot Blot, etc.
