INTRODUCTION TopPURE® MAGA BLOOD GENOMIC DNA EXTRACTION KIT
The extraction of genomic DNA (gDNA) from blood samples is a fundamental procedure in molecular diagnostics, facilitating the isolation of cellular DNA for clinical and research applications. Blood-derived gDNA is extensively utilized in PCR and qPCR assays for pathogen detection, mutational analysis, and genetic screening. Given that blood contains high concentrations of proteins, hemoglobin, and various enzymatic inhibitors, the extraction protocol must effectively eliminate impurities to ensure the recovery of highly pure and intact DNA.
